Highlight Gallery: Matthew Brandt - Water & Polaroid.
Review by RWM: Interesting psychedelic landscapes. Great to get lost in the canyons. This could be part of a book about the damage we have caused to the natural environment. Here there are fun colors which disturb as well. Such a book could send a message from our landscape artists about what has been lost and damaged, one that does not necessarily have to be about hope.
Comment by AB: "Matthew Brandt presents three bodies of work based on the manipulation of photographic emulsion." Worth a look.

Visual Aid: Strange Ideas, Time Travel and Reckless Contact with Electric Eels - David Young Allen.
Comment by AB: David Young Allen's involved mixed media compositions pay tribute to Alexander von Humboldt, Simon di Bolivar and Roger Williams among other subjects.

Hang Art Gallery: Kaleidoscope - Kelly DeFayette, Peter Dimick, DAVe Warnke.
Comment by AB: This one's all about color and pattern with DAVe Warnke going bright, Kelly DeFayette presenting precise hi-gloss geometries on wood panels, and Peter Dimick perhaps riffing on the checkerboard appearance of farm fields observed from the window of a plane.
