Art People Gallery: Ali Meamar - Meamorphism.

Review by RWM: Interesting amalgam of digital and paint results in images that move on the canvas. All sorts of possibilities present themselves with this. Nice reactions and homage to painters of the past in a new medium. Great to really see movement and style in contraptions one has never seen before.

Comment by AB: Ali Meamar's paintings on large flat panel monitors remain stationary while videos dance beneath. And thus Meamorphism is born.

Comment by AB: Dustin T. Kelly applies a curious blend of avant garde art allusions and campy antics to gridiron pageantry, aggression and glory. The takeaway? Something for everyone. In the rear gallery, relive the pinnacle years of the Bay Area's Punk era subculture via the obstreperously irreverent delineations of John Seabury. Well-done on both counts. Sidle on by.
