Comment by AB: Choose from approximately 1000 6 by 6 inch works on paper by Brad Brown, splayed out on long tables and arranged into series. Mix & match & be prepared to spend some serious time perusing. In the back gallery, Nicole Phungrasamee Fein's grid works appear to be made with the assistance of rulers and straight edges, but according to the fact sheet, they're entirely freehand. Stop on by and be amazed.

Comment by AB: Auspicious inaugural event for The McLoughlin Gallery, occupying what was formerly Mark Wolfe Contemporary Art at 49 Geary. My faves? Polished pop portraiture by Renaud Delorme incorporating all manner of found objects and discards from floppy discs, cable and casette tapes to Legos and VCR tapes (priced $20K-$42K). Swing on by and have yourself a gander.
