Cassel Goorin Gallery: Relics of the New World - Lucien Shapiro, Henry Lewis, Lango, Charlie O'Hanlon.

Comment by AB: On the docket tonight is a selection of menacing studded bludgeons and elaborate wearable masks by Lucien Shapiro (both of which star in an ominous video playing in the back room), sculptures crafted from motorcycle parts by Charlie O'Hanlon, and dark sanguine fantasies in paint by Henry Lewis and Lango. A large bicycle tire, bone and throne installation by Shapiro anchors the agglomerate.
