Review by RWM: Wild, bizarre, strange. Otherworldly and alien. Some things you have never seen before and probably would not see on other planets as well. Great show from the beyond the moon. Weird astronauts and the unusual abound.

ArtPoint at the Legion of Honor: Riviera Regatta - Artpoint's Bastille Day Gala and Fundraiser.
Comment by AB: This year, ArtPoint's annual Bastille Day bash and fundraiser is headquartered at the Legion of Honor after a several year stint at the de Young. It's unquestionably one of the best Ess Eff art parties of the year with attendees granted full access to the museum including the extensive Rodin sculpture collection and the relaxing, romantic, historic "Impressionists on the Water" exhibition (the theme of tonight's festivities). Entertainment options include music, dancing, libations, delectables, oodles of attractive fashion plates roaming around, indoor and outdoor conviviality galore, and a thrill-a-minute performance by Circus Center San Francisco alumni.
For those of you keeping score at home, ArtPoint is an organization of young professionals dedicated to supporting and promoting the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco-- the de Young and Legion of Honor. ArtPoint regularly host social and educational events including exhibition tours, special museum receptions, and more. Proceeds from all events benefit the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. Worth becoming a part of.
