Et al. Gallery: Cybele Lyle - The Moon Is Slowly Rising.
Comment by AB: Screen prints of landscapes overlaid with colorful geometric forms line the walls while a meandering wood frame construction runs the length of the space as if to connect everything up. The installation basically contemplates two kinds of architecture, the external structural kind and the internal architecture of the self. Heartfelt, nicely done and worth a visit.

Lesh Studio: Pop-Up Art Show and Kickoff Event. Curated by Marisa McCarthy.
Artists: Kundan Baidwan, McKenzie Coonce, Rachelle Reichert.
Comment by AB: Combination art show and introduction of a new online platform called ArtSlooth where collectors and other interested buyers can bid on art at below gallery prices. I suspect that as the San Francisco art scene continues to undergo its relentless upheaval, we'll likely be seeing more and more roving art events in alternative spaces like this.
