Anthony Meier Fine Arts: Nicholas Byrne - Spring.

Comment by AB: British artist Nicholas Byrne combines abstraction, patterns, and figurative and representational elements like rope and letters into sensitive yet vibrant compositions, visually complex and enticing. A number of his paintings are on copper, the paint accented or textured with occasional burnished areas and fine incised lines, sometimes painted over, other times left bare. You really have to see these close up to appreciate the attention to detail; definitely deserving of a visit.

Hotel California: Bittersweet Dreams - Yarek Godfrey.

Review by RWM: Interesting attention to the female form, but more idealization that realism. Easy to get caught up in the allure with some images steering not that far away from the line between art and pornography. Great show with beautiful artworks to put on your walls.
