ArtZone 461: Linda Raynsford + Adam Cahoon - Science Fusion; Nicholas Coley - Concrete Perspective.
Review by DeWitt Cheng: Linda Raynsford and Adam Cahoon use geometric/mechanical forms in their sculpture and painting, respectively; the name of their joint exhibition is Science Fusion. Nicholas Coley paints urban scenes in which the street or ground plane, treated abstractly, contrasts with realistically painted elements; his show is entitled Concrete Perspective.

Studio 3579: Leigh Wells - Systems to Chaos.
Review by R.W. Miller: Here you'll find Leigh Wells in the process of adapting to choas. Though there is not a lot of detail in her art, you'll discover angst and the drive to create. Perhaps experience the creative process here, even if there is more thought and action than detail.

Comment by AB: Galeria de la Raza presents two exhibitions featuring the art and performance videos of New York cultural art center, Exit Art. "Jumping Fences" is a series of performance-based photographs by New York artist and co-founder of Exit Art, Papo Colo, showing the artist disguised and in the act of jumping fences at various locations around the world. The second exhibition, "Renegades," is a 25-year video retrospective of performance at Exit Art presented in over three hours of videos that will be displayed on three screens. Good show; go see.
