Comment by AB: Preview the look of tomorrow's exhibitions today courtesy of the 2014 graduates of CCAs Graduate Program in Curatorial Practice. The graduates select seven international artists and curate two rooms filled with their art and installations. My favorite? William Powhida's laundry list calligraphy editorials, ranging from blistering to hilarious, and always dead on.

I Heart North Beach Gallery: Group Show.
Comment by AB: Ten neighborhood artists showcase their art hither and thither in this mellow low-key bohemian boutique. For those of you keeping score at home, this is the first gallery I've ever been in with a working commercial sink and a walk-in freezer that's been converted into a viewing room. No competition, investment considerations or clawing to get to the top here. It's all about enjoyment through art.
