Anthony Meier Fine Arts: Kate Shepherd - News From Biathlon.

Comment by AB: Clean geometric cut and taped screenprint compositions, some in black and white, others in color. Also on display is a series of paintings that look like gridded up glimpses of stars in the black night sky. Rounding out the docket are delicate hanging sculptures fashioned from bent coat hangers. Check it out.

Comment by AB: Tonight's opening event debuts Dutch graphic artist Parra's impressive black and white mural running the entire length of the front wall at the top of the second floor stairs. Whimsical, entertaining, imposing and definitely worth seeing. While there, I check out the Buckminster Fuller exhibition that focuses not only on the life and work of this visionary thinker and architect, but also inventions, designs and experiments in technology and sustainability that have been influenced by his philosophy and ideas.
