Eli Ridgway Gallery: Aubrey Learner - Circadian; Rebecca Goldfarb - Only ________.
Comment by AB: Abrey Learner broaches a variety of social issues and sensitive subjects via meticulous intricate drawings composed largely of butterflies, insects and other diminutive creatures. Not surprisingly, she has a BS in Biology (in addition to her MFA in painting). The upshot is unsettlingly satisfying. Seeing the art in person is recommended in order to appreciate the detail.
In the project space, Rebecca Goldfarb's meandering scratched photographs and string installation coalesces into a labyrinthine abstract continuity. If you have any questions, it's all arcanely explained in text and diagrams on one of the walls.

Queen's Nails Projects: Fiamma Montezemolo - Border Alchemies.
Comment by AB: Fiamma Montezemolo essays on borders, particularly the one between the United States and Mexico. The main gallery consists of hanging test tubes full of pulverized pieces of the border fence between those two countries. A video and light box installation round out the show.
