BellJar: Ghost Images - Jason Aumann.
Comment by AB: Eloquent artful reincarnated and revitalized vintage photographs by Jason Aumann. Aumann describes his complex process to me which involves physically removing the the images from the original photographs and transferring them onto his art.

Yerba Buena Center for the Arts: Audience as Subject, Part 2 - Extra Large.
Artists: Andrea Bowers, Elaine Constantine, Stephen Dean, Jeremy Deller & Nick Abrahams, Andreas Gursky, Alexey Kallima, Gonzalo Lebrija, Ryan McGinley, Rabih Mroué, Paul Pfeiffer, Melanie Smith, Wang Qingsong.
Comment by AB: We usually sit in the audience and watch the performers; tonight we turn our gaze and instead watch the audience. Perspectives on the matter range from psychological to cultural, political, virtual and electronic.
In the room just inside the front door (aka Room for Big Ideas), April Banks, Justin Hoover and Chris Treggiari explore various aspects of food and its role in globalization, relocation, war and more in their installation, "The Raw Feed."
Also on display are several large-scale collages and a sculpture by Mark Bradford.
