Comment by AB: This year's crop of promising new talent according to jurors Abby Chen (Curator & Artistic Director, Chinese Culture Center), Cl�a Massiani (Co-Founder of Bass & Reiner Gallery), and Renny Pritikin (Chief Curator, Contemporary Jewish Museum). 140 artists applied; 13 were selected for the show.

Luna Rienne Gallery: Old Souls - Monty Guy and Telopa
Review and images by Janey Fritsche: Channeling Picasso's intensity contrasted by youngsters with tattoos. This imaginative concept is used by Monty Guy to represent several famous artists. Complementing these are Telopa's paintings featuring surrealistically-rendered women displayed in ornate handmade frames.
