Comment by AB: In the main gallery upstairs, we have an exhibition of variously lit paint-on-canvas constructions by this year's Tournesol Award recipient, Elizabeth Bowler. According to Headlands Center for the Arts, the arts organization that gives the award, "The Tournesol Award recognizes one local painter each year, supporting them in taking the first major steps toward establishing a career in the Bay Area." So there you have it. Meanwhile in the mezzanine gallery, artists riff on San Francisco.
