Andrea Schwartz Gallery: Danae Anderson - Girl in Light With Hands.
Review by Eileen P. Goldenberg: The work of Danae Anderson is complex yet simple, consisting of large panels with muted colors and small graffito drawings visible through the thick layers of paint. The surfaces are wonderfully crackled, scumbled and brushed. Anderson talks about painting being like a dance, imbued with movement and gesture. In the larger pieces, the scale is such that the small elements coexist in harmony with the vast areas of texture and dark and light, the totality enticing you in to explore their intimate details.

San Francisco Museum of Modern Art Artists Gallery: Seventeenth Annual Artists' Warehouse Sale.
Artists: Miraculously multitudinous myriads.
Comment by AB: It's the SFMOMA Artists Gallery annual half-off sale on massively ample abundances of all kinds of fine art, resulting in a collecting frenzy of sorts, replete with pushing, shoving, jockeying, blocking, jostling, grabbing, hoarding and more. What fun!
