Amy Franceschini waxes environmentally relevant with an updated twist on World War II Victory Gardens featuring her Rube Goldberg-esque "Rainharvester." Phil Ross's work includes old useless camera carcasses reincarnated by being spun smooth in a rock polisher, and wall-mounted slabs of wood accented with teeny digital clock hands and pendulums. The other half-- the one that's for sale-- consists of small works on paper, the most appealing of which incorporate and are composed around cancelled postage stamps.
